QUALIFICATIONS UPDATE: 16.04.2020

Students (and Parents) of Year 9 Statistics GCSE and Year 10 Chemistry GCSE.

The exam regulator, Ofqual, is recommending that you will be awarded grades in the same manner as the Year 11s. This would mean that your grade would be based on what your teachers have already predicted.

Ofqual are the final decision maker so this consultation needs to give them a clear picture of how students, parents and teachers feel.

This is a recommendation and they have put out a consultation which I advise us all to complete.
