* All trips that were due to go up until 19th of 2020 April will be refunded to parents via Wisepay.
* We are working through in date order and an email will be sent for each trip to confirm your refund when it has been processed.
* For trips departing after the Easter holidays from 20th April onwards. We are contacting the tour operators and will advise by trip when we have further information on cancellation and refunds.
* For some trips/ events these may be rescheduled at a later date and any payments will be held for the revised date.
* Parents can still make instalment payments via Wisepay for trips from September 2020 onwards.
* As some students have not been able to complete all their lessons in full for this term. Where payment has been made any lessons not taken will be credited/ held over until lessons can resume.
* Statements will be issued to parents showing the status of their music account.
* All dinner money held on Wisepay will be frozen for use when schools re open.
