YEAR SEVEN LEARNING@CHAUNCY EVENING – TUESDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER 2017
Dear Year Seven Parent \ Carer
I am writing to remind you about our Learning@Chauncy evening which will take place between 6.30pm and 8.30pm on Tuesday 19th September 2017.
This exciting event has the aim of enabling parents to sample the Chauncy classroom experience working alongside their child on a variety of short and fun tasks. We will have two classroom based lessons, lasting 20 minutes each, one interactive ICT lesson using SAM LEARNING but the evening will start with a presentation by Mr O’Sullivan in the main hall at 6.30pm.
The evening will finish with refreshments in the Dining Hall.
Each child will have an individual timetable which we will send home nearer to the date.
So that we can organise groups and refreshments, please complete the slip attached to the letter below and return it to your child’s form tutor no later than Thursday 14th September 2017.
