COVID-19 VACCINATIONS FOR 12-15 YEAR OLDS – WEDNESDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER 2021

We have been notified that COVID-19 vaccinations for 12-15-year-olds will take place on Wednesday 22nd September 2021 at Chauncy School.

The vaccinations will be carried out by NHS staff on the day.

Parents of children aged 12-15 must accept or decline the vaccination by completing an online form. 

The deadline for accepting or declining the vaccine is 12pm on Tuesday 21st September 2021.
