DISTRICT DELIGHT FOR CHAUNCY GIRLS’ FOOTBALL TEAM!

Congratulations to our Year Eight and Nine girls who represented Chauncy School at the LVSSA Girls’ District Final today.

The match was played at Broxbourne School this afternoon against

a very talented Broxbourne side, but Chauncy won the match 5-4 with excellent goals from Kacey Jo Bell (2), Ava Dalli (2) and Eliza Thurbon. Player of the Match was Lilia Fordham, but everyone played their part in a magnificent victory.

Well done to Coach Alice Berry, who guided the team through the competition to lift our SEVENTH District trophy in the last six weeks. It has been an amazing year for Chauncy Sport, with County Cup finals to follow in May.
