Dickensian Evening – FRIENDS OF THE CHAUNCY SCHOOL

Dear Parents \ Carers

Once again we will be running a sweet stall at Ware’s Dickensian Evening on Friday 5 December. To help us run this event, we would like to ask parents for any donations of sweets or chocolates to sell during the evening. Please could any donations be handed in to the school office, clearly marked for the Friends of the Chauncy School, before Wednesday 3 December.

We are also looking for helpers to help us run the stall during the evening. This involves either setting up at about 5pm, helping to sell the sweets during the evening or clearing up at the end. If you are able to help (even if it’s only for half an hour!) then please email us at friends@chauncy.org.uk.

We look forward to seeing you all at the Dickensian Evening and don’t forget to visit us, we will be in the Tudor Square.
