This week, we update you on the end of the public examinations, Year Twelve and Ten end of year exams, a consultation on mobile phone use in schools, Rock, Paper, Scissors in Year Eight Languages, a French student visiting Chauncy, UK Junior Maths Challenge Junior Kangaroo award winners, art inter-house postcard competition results, Year Ten photography trip to Ware Town Centre, Rotary Club Technology Competition, homemade burgers in the Life Skills cooking class, decomposing hydrogen peroxide in Science Club, plant dissections in Year Ten Science lessons, a Creative Writing award for Year Seven student Rose Chidgey, a reminder that Chauncy Rocks tickets are on-sale, news of our Art, Photography & Design Technology Exhibition, A review of Gold Awards, the weekly attendance review, our Sports Report that includes the football tour to Shrewsbury, Year Nine District Combined Events Champions, athletics results, rounders matches, Year Eight cricket and a record catch for angler Harvey Lamprell.
Our Friday Sessions Artists this week are William Grunbaum, Lyndon Searle, Oscar Sobh and Ben Huntley. They performed Brainstew by Green Day at the Year Nine Achievement Assemblies on Wednesday.
