Please bring these to the evening with you.

2. EHIC CARD
3. THREE ENVELOPES CONTAINING EUROS FOR EACH DAY
4. GREEN MEDICAL CONSENT FORM
5. SIGNED LETTER OF LIABILITY
6. SANDWICH CHOICE SLIP
