Examinations Office

If you have any questions regarding the external exams, you can contact the Exams Office by telephoning the school or by email.

Mrs Jaqui Meli

Telephone: 01920 411200 ext 217 (During Term time only.  Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 3:30pm).

Certificates for the Summer 2017 season are available for collection from the exams office.
Certificates from 2016 are also available.  If have now left Chauncy, please make arrangements to collect them as soon as possible as we are only required to keep hold of them for one year!

They must be signed for

For students that have now left the school, please be aware that we are only required to keep these certificates for one year from their date of issue – so don’t forget them!

  • Friends or relatives may collect and sign for certificates on a candidates behalf provided they bring a letter of authorisation with them.
  • Current students can collect their certificates directly from Mrs Meli in the Exams Office.

Unclaimed Certificates

Many ex-students have still not collected their certificates from previous years. Please remember that these are vital documents as they are the only proof of exam results. If you don’t remember receiving your certificates, let us know – they may still be here in our archives.  Current students – if your older brothers or sisters came here ask them to check whether they picked up their certificates. We will keep them here for a while, after which they will be returned to the exam board for shredding!
