Post Results Service
JCQ have provided the following information with regards to Post Results issues which you may find useful. Should you need to use one of these services, please be aware that we will need a signed Candidate Consent form from you before proceeding with any application. Each exam board will have their own set of fees which will be available on their websites, however we will confirm these fees with you upon application. Fees must be paid before we process your application.
Certificates from the Summer 2016 and November 2016 are being held in the exams office. If have now left Chauncy, please make arrangements to collect them as soon as possible. Certificates for the Summer 2017 season will be issued by the exam boards during October and will be with us after the Autumn half term.
They must be signed for
For students that have now left the school, please be aware that we are only required to keep these certificates for one year from their date of issue – so don’t forget them!
- Friends or relatives may collect and sign for certificates on a candidates behalf provided they bring a letter of authorisation with them.
- Current students can collect their certificates directly from Mrs Meli in the Exams Office.
Many ex-students have still not collected their certificates from previous years. Please remember that these are vital documents as they are the only proof of exam results. If you don’t remember receiving your certificates, let us know – they may still be here in our archives. Current students – if your older brothers or sisters came here ask them to check whether they picked up their certificates. We will keep them here for a while, after which they will be returned to the exam board for shredding!
